Status
This page is a structured outline. Each section below names what the finished policy has to cover; the wording itself must come from ACAD1 and be reviewed before publication. Nothing here is legal text.
1 · Data about minors
Copy required
Most registrants are under 18. State who may give consent, what a parent or guardian is agreeing to, and how a guardian can review or withdraw that consent. This clause is the one most likely to be scrutinised and cannot be omitted.
2 · What is collected
Copy required
List every field the registration form and the Google Form capture: student name, current school, year level, email, mobile, parent or guardian name and contact, chosen programme, branch and schedule.
3 · Why it is collected
Copy required
Confirming a slot, issuing receipts, sending class advisories, and contacting a guardian. State plainly that it is not sold or shared for marketing.
4 · Third parties
Copy required
Xendit processes payments and receives the data needed to do so. Google Forms hosts the reservation form. Name any other processor before launch.
5 · How long it is kept
Copy required
State a retention period for enrolment records and for payment records, and what happens at the end of it.
6 · Your rights
Copy required
The Act gives rights to access, correct, object, erase and complain. Give a named route to exercise them — an email address and an expected response time.
7 · How it is protected
Copy required
Describe the safeguards in plain terms, and what happens if there is a breach.
8 · Who to contact
Copy required
Name the person or role responsible for data protection and how to reach them.
